The Governance of Republic State and The Governance of Monarchy State

The definition of governance is devided into two parts, in general and specific. In general, the governance is the command’s activity that is done by legislative, executive, and yudicative in order to get the target of management state. In specific, the governance is the command’s activity that it done by executive and its overall in order to get the target of  management state. There are two of all governance in this comparison and contrast essay. They are the governance of the republic state and the governance of the monarchy state. There are three of many comparison that will be expained.

              The first point is about the governance’s leader. The leader of republic is a president, someone who has been chosen by the all society in a state, to lead the governance in several years. Actually, a president does not work only by himself/herself to make decisions in a state, he/she is helped by its overall that is called executive, they are a vice president and ministers. They will be replaced after a period of time. In the other hand, the leader of monarchy is a  king/queen, somone who has been chosen by the family kingdom  not the all society because of  his/her kingdom’s clan, until he/she gives the recomandation to the other kingdom’s clan. In this monarchy state, it does not have the governments, who lead the governance in making decisions, like in republic system. It is only a king/queen  who lead the governance and make decisions; even though there are some prime ministers and kingdom’s consultans, but they are not getting much of it.

The other perception is about democracy and human rights. Democracy and human rights are in one part, which can not be separated. Democracy is the governance by the people, from the people, and for the people. Democracy is a system in making decisions. Human rights is the personal property such as the right of independence pers, the right in giving opinions, and the right to choose and been choosen as society. In republic state, everything about the governance decisions are taken by the all society; the human rights of people is very respected. This moment usually happens in general election to elect a president , a vice president, and its executive in governance. Mean while in monarchy state, there is no democration because all the decision is taken by the king/ queen. There is any human rights, but it is limited by the king/queen. They may use it for the good opinions not for bad ones.

The final point is the leader’s ability and condition in leading state. In republic state for applying the democracy system, it has an adversity and a weakness in leading because there are many critical society about the problems in the governance. This is the hard way for the governments to solve the problems; and sometimes, it lead to a conflict that ended by fighting and destroying the government’s buildings from the society. In monarchy state, it is easy for the leader to handle his/her society because if there is someone who is opposing the governments in governance, he/ she will be in jail or die.

The conclusion, republic state and monarchy state are the kind of  state,  which are very different in governance. The republic state is led by a president and monarchy state is led by the king/queen. The system in republic state is democracy and respecting human rights, but  monarchy state is less in respecting even nothing. Besides that, the monarchy state is better than the republic state in handling the governance and society. That is all about the comparison between the governance of the republic state and the governance of the monarchy state.

Ayam Lado Hijau

             In Minangkabau, there are many delicious traditional foods. Some of them have already known in the world such as Rendang, Dendeng, Itiak Lado Hijau, Ayam Lado Hijau, Sate, sambalado, and others. Below is the steps of making Ayam Lado Hijau.

The first thing that someone should do is prepare the ingredients.  There are 1 kilogram of chicken, ¼ kilogram of green chili, 1 ounce garlic, 1 ounce onion, a bar of ginger, a bar of turmeric, a bar of lemongrass, 2 lime leaves and the spices for making soup. 

Next, start to cook. Blend garlic, onions, ginger, and turmeric. After mashed, divided them into two apart.  Blend the spices for making soup till soft, too.

Then, boil chicken with the ingredients that have been softened, except the second soft  ingredient, take one of them. Wait up to 30 minutes to soak them into the meat seasoning.

After that, blend green chili. Start to fry. Heat the cooking oil, pour the mashed green chili, a bar of lemongrass, and lime leaves into the hot oil. Pour and fry the chicken stew after 10 minutes. Add enough salt and flavor enhancer. Stop frying.

Finally, serve it into a pretty plate. Add some fried onions and garnish on it. Enjoy  Ayam Lado Hijau.

ARASHI 嵐

In Japan, a boy band is more famous than a singer. The boy band is a popular music act consisting of only male singers. The group consists of 5 members or more. They do not play musical instruments, but only sing and dance. I am interested in Japanese boy band that is called Arashi. Here I will tell you about it.

  
         Arashi (嵐) means 'storm'. It's the number one boy band in Japan. The group is formed under the Japanese talent agency Jhonny and associates, which announced the formation of the group on September 15, 1999 in Honolu, Hawaii. The members are multitalented people. They are famous actor in some Japanese dramas or movies. They are Satoshi Ohno, Sho Sakurai, Masaki Aiba, Kazunari Ninomiya, and Jun Matsumoto. Being different with another boy band in the world, sometimes two of them play the musical instruments on the stage, such as a piano, guitar, and glass harmonica.  

 

Satoshi Ohno is called Ohno, Riida, Oh-chan, Sammy, Ohji-chan,or Captain. Satoshi Ohno is the oldest one. He is an Arashi's leader. He is the best dancer and good voice in his group. He likes painting, and has ever created some awesome painting. He can also play juggle.

  Sho Sakurai is called Sho-chan or Shakurai-chan. He is the rapper in the group. Sho-chan is also famous because of his I.Q. He is the smartest one in group. He has a muscular body, but he can not stand about high place.

Masaki Aiba is called Aiba-chan,or Idol. He is a cheerful boy and has a nice smiling. He likes animals, so that he has some pets. Because his hobby is playing with animals, he is often called an animal's lover in Japanese boy band. He ever comes to Indonesia at Gembira Loka in Yogyakarta and Taman Safari in Bogor. Sometimes on the stage, he plays a glass harmonica.

Kazunari Ninomiya is called Nino-chan or Kazu-chan. He is the most multitalented person in his group. He can play guitar, piano, and drum. He can also play juggle. Besides that, he has ever been the best actor in a holly wood movie and the best actor between Arashi members.

        

    Jun Matsumoto is usually called Matsujun or Jun. He is the youngest one. He has a great body because he is a model. He is also a chef in Arashi group. He likes cooking very much. His cooking is delicious.

           

           It is all about Arashi boy band. They consist of 5 members. They are Satoshi Ohno, Sakurai Sho, Masaki Aiba, Kazunari Ninomiya, and Matsumoto Jun.Their voice are asy going to listen. They are also kind and multitalented people. Satoshi Ohno is the leader, Sho Sakurai is the rapper, Masaki Aiba is the animal’s lover, Kazunari Ninomiya is the most multitalented one, and Jun Matsumoto is the model of the group.

I am Dilla

 My family consists of my parents, my brothers, and my sister. I am the second child in my family. My name is Suci Rahma Dilla. Everyone calls me Dilla. I was born in Padang, on July 23^rd 1991. I am 19 years old. I have slanted eyes, long straight hair, and brown-yellow skin. My height is about 150 centimeters and my weight is about 42 kilograms.

            I am a university student in Universitas Negeri Padang. I go to campus at 6.30 A.M every day. I take many schedules of college this semester, so that I must get back home at 6.00 P.M every day. There is also much homework that I must do every night, so that I always stay late. I go to bed around 1.00 A.M.

            I am a sociable person. It is easy for me to know someone. Because I am a sociable one, my friends also know me as an easy going person. I can make them laugh even if it is not funny for me. They admit that they feel comfortable to have interaction with me. In a formal situation, my friends also trust me as a leader, like being a chairman of OSIS. In my experience, I have ever joined OSIS in Junior and Senior High School. I am pleased and proud tobe myself.

            I am also a simple person. I do not want to wear anything glamour, even in campus. Sometimes, my friends ask me to wear feminine clothes, but I can not stand with it. 

           It is all about myself. I am a university student, simple girl, sociable and easy going one. I hope you will enjoy having a friendship with me.

ZHAZHA^^

I have a lovely family. They are kind people. I have two brothers and one sister. I am in the second one in my family. When I was child, I felt lonely because I did not have a sister who played with me. In 2002, everything has been changed. Now, I do not feel lonely again. I have a great sister, her name is Zhahirah Zahara.

 Zhahirah Zahara is usually called Zhazha. She is a beautiful girl. Actually, she is more beautiful than me. She has a pointed nose, slanted eyes, short straight hair, and brown-yellow skin. Her height is about 140 centimeters and her weight is about 50 kilograms.

 She is in the third grade in Elementary School. She is smart, diligent, and discipline student. She always gets ranking 1 since the first grade. She always does her homework and reviews the lesson at home. She does not forget to prepare everything about school equipments at the night before going to bed.

 She is a kind girl. She likes helping everyone. She is also a sociable one. When her friends get difficulties, my sister is always ready to help. She also always helps me whenever I need her help. She can not refuse when people ask for her assistance.                          

            It is all about my great sister. She is beautiful, smart, kind, and full of social life. I am proud to have the sister like her. I hope she will succeed in the future.

Tari Pasambahan ( The Opening Traditional Dance

In Minangkabau, there are many cultural events or attractions. They are usually held in the custom of ceremony. Not only that, but also they have been shown at international cultural festivals. They are Randai , Tabuik, Pencak Silat, Tari Indang, and so on. However, I am interested in Tari Pasambahan.

            Tari Pasambahan is a traditional dance in Minangkabau, which is showed in the  opening of an event or festival. Sometimes,  It also uses in wedding ceremony. It is used for receiving and welcoming the guests.

In Tari Pasambahan, the dancers consist of 5 people or more. Almost all of them are ladies, although sometimes there are several men who dance too. The lady dancers wear  Minang costume. There is a sunting on their head. Sunting is a part of costume, like a crown. It is heavy a crown; and the weight about 3.5 kilograms.

 In dancing, the dancers dance with slow motion and beautiful action. When it is at the last dance, one of the dancers which is stays in the middle, goes to the guests. She brings a something that is called carano. It is a traditional tool like a pan that is made from clay. Carano is given to the guests. There are cigarettes, betel leaves (daun sirih), and candies. When they are given to the guests, it means for respecting the guests. Then, the dancing is finished.

 So, it is about Tari Pasambahan. It is a traditional dance in Minangkabau, West Sumatra. It is used for respecting and welcoming the guests. It is also fun and great traditional dance.

The Great Spots in South Pesisir

My hometown is a beautiful place around the coastal area. It is located in South Pesisir. It has many green hills and clean water. Some of them are famous in the world. They are Cingkuak  Island, a legendary Island of  Indonesia, Carocok Beach, Jembatan Akar, and Bukik Langkisau. There are more interesting spots, but people do not know them before. They are Tembulun and Batu Kalang Beach.

          The first spot is about Tembulun. Tembulun is the sort of Tepian Mandi Beralun-alun. It is located in Tambulun, Painan, South Pesisir, Indonesia; about 75 kilometers from The Padang City. It is only about 3 hours driving. According to the name, people think that it is a swimming area, but it is not different. It is a river under the hills. The fantastic one is people can see many beautiful waterfalls which one of them has 7 meters in lenght. It looks like a way for climbing a mountain area. Visitors will not find a forest, but only the waterfalls. If everyone climbs the top of the hill, they will find more beautiful waterfalls. If they reach the top of the waterfall, they can find a small swimming pool likes a lake. Besides, if they go down, there is a hole that the water is hot. There, they even can boil an egg. Then, if they want to stay for having lunch or having meals, they can go to the park beside the waterfall. There, people can enjoy their meals and take some photos around the area. Morever, the ticket for Tembulun spot is only Rp 2,500.

          The second spot is Batu Kalang. It is a beach in Ampang Pulai, Tarusan, South Pesisir. It is about 55 kilometers driving. Actually the topography is similar to the beaches in Southern Pesisir that has clean water, beautiful corals, and sceneries. However, it can not be used for sports like diving and surfing, even more swimming. The water in the middle of the sea only reachs people’s ankle. Therefore, they can walk in the middle of the sea without sink underwater. Based on the history, it is called The Death Sea. It consists of the rock corals on the surface of the sea. The best part is there is no cost for it.

          In conclusion, South Pesisir still has fantastic spots which are not popular yet, but they are important history to be known for the domestic or foreign people. They are Tembulun and Batu Kalang. Tembulun is the recreation spot that having  great waterfalls and Batu Kalang is the death sea that reaching at people’s ankle in depth.
